It is my 2nd blog and this is about the opportunity I got to watch the advance screening of Sosy Problems: IT Girls Just Wanna Have Fun? lead by Sosy Ladies: Heart Evangelista, Bianca King, Rhian Ramos, and Solenn Heussaff. To start the story, let me share you how I got a pair of tickets for the Movie.
I'm browsing some of the facebook accounts that I used to visit to check if they have ongoing contest. I am happy that one of my facebook friend, Mylene Calleja, shared a photo about the promo of Talk and Text for a pair of free tickets for the Premiere Night of one of GMA Films' MMFF 2012 movie entry: My Sosy Problem. I don't have web access most of the time, since computers at office's gameroom are mostly occupied by on-break agents and there is no wifi available. That is why I read the notification via FB message that I won from the Talk and Text FB Promo when I reached the boarding house at 1pm. I am in doubt if I can claim the ticket because it's a one hour ride from Alabang and the timeframe for claiming the ticket is 1-3pm only. But my eagerness to watch the movie on its premiere night motivates me to dress up again and have a bus ride to Smart Ayala Avenue, Makati to claim the tickets. I am so sleepy because I just came from night shift work plus the fact that I am lack of sleep from the past days due to the busy schedule.

I met this girl who's also claiming a pair of tickets. We have chitchats until 3:30 PM at the lobby because the tickets hasn't arrived at the Smart Office. It is good to meet people who have the same interest aside from her attitude of being friendly and always jolly.
On the Way
It is 6:30 pm and it's heavy traffic during this time at EDSA. I thought that the bus driver is a speedy one and hate waiting. But it's a mistake. It took 30 minutes before the driver starts the engine and left the terminal which is usually 15 minutes only in other days. I am a little pissed off but I don't have much choice because they my not refund my fair.
As the bus goes, I want to remove my anger. I look around and see the people, hoop in and out of the bus. I realized that there are multiple types of people base on the way they wearing their dress. However, not all of the types that Ruffa identified in the opening of the movie, is on the bus. To name some, Poor, working class, middle class, upper middle class. The way Ruffa enumerated and defined them was very interesting so you better watch and see how she did it. Knowing Ruffa with grace and elegance, it is good explanation.
At The Cinema
I was late and arrived at SM Megamall at 8:15-8:30. I went and followed the file of people then suddenly, Vicky Belo and Haiden Koh came and every one is shouting. That is very interesting to know that they still dating. Then Vhong Navarro also came late in the premiere night and used the other door or fire exit to come inside the Cinema 5.
It's not yet starting. They are having a short program/raffle in the upperbox of the Cinema. Tim Yap, with his very fluent English and energetic voice hosted the event. It is dark in the area and far from my seat so I can't see most of the people. I saw KC Montero. Sitting near to him, is a very strong women that really catch my eyes. It was Hon. Miriam Defensor Santiago who is also "mention" in the movie. I also saw the leading ladies namely Heart, Bianca, Rhian and Solenn in their very sexy, elegant and fabulous outfit.
After the GMA's National Anthem Video, the story starts with Ruffa's introduction of classes of people in the society. I love the way she discuss it. No wonder she had been a beauty queen because she seems like a well educated and intelligent in a very fashionable way in relaying the info.
I was fascinated with Matutina as she portrayed a classy Yaya of Rhian Ramos. She is like Cruella Devil in a friendly and obedient way. Rhian Ramos, as expected, maintained herself in a very high standard manner in the story. I can certainly say that she is one of the real life Super Duper Upper Class. I really like the way she act. The role is so perfect that you will think that she is not acting for the script but just being herself out of the eye of the camera.
Bianca King is gorgeous. The gargling is an exaggeration when she used expensive mineral water after waking up. But it gives me laughter after Bianca delivered the reason why she is doing it. Aside from that, considering the fact that Bianca's Yaya also have a car is too much. It may be true or not, but I still love it.
Heart and Solenn are introduced at the same time because of the rivalry of their mother. Heart, at the beginning part, shows a little intolerable exaggeration. I find it maarte and not Sosy. It is good thing at the middle until the end of the story she recover and especially when she wear the beige lipstick. It is simple, yet elegant and look very beautiful.
Solenn had not been that stunning in the movie. Maybe the story required someone odd in the main cast to balance the Sosyness of the leading ladies. I had watched some of her drama and TV shows. She is elegant, a certified Sosy especially when I saw her as cover girl of Mega Magazine December 2012 edition. The couturier should be blame for asking her to wear that funky black dress at the end of the movie. Maybe the scrubbing of her hair is part of the story. I haven't counted, but she do it more or less 5 times. That is not a good thing to see from a classy lady.
Agot Isidro, who use a local Filipino dialect, seems very refine lady. She is very good because knowing Cherry Gil, as one of the sophisticated fashionable star and who always wear well crafted clothes and with manner, it is hard to exceed the level of elegance.
Aljur Abrenica and Mikael Daez are gentlemen in the movie. They are the cast that will teach you a good lesson. It is good to know first the person before judging him because you may not know that the stone that you are throwing is precious or just an ordinary boulder. They thought Aljur is single and they realize there is Cupcake, Aljur's wife. Bianca thought Mikael as not a valuable to keep then she realized that he is one of the rich guy in the metro and always there to love and support her.
I also love Tim Yap. He has been an attention grabber in the movie. He has been fashionable when it comes to his clothes. I am wondering why they didn't include her friend, Tessa Prieto. She may had been a good character in the story.
Mikey Bustos is always funny in the movie, same like in his Youtube videos. He is the obedient employee who always follow his boss because he needs the job. Wearing his white cycling shorts is very daring. At least he manage his secrets. Hahaha.
My favorite star in the movie is Mylene Dizon because she is so "Bakya". The way she act as a probinsyanang hotel staff/room service who turn to be rich wife when she marry a rich businessman is so effective and I slip in my lips 3 times as "so bakyang bakya". I love the way she visits Ruffa's office to bride/"suhol" to cover her victory, bottoms up the wine and "beso beso" the girls.
I like the time when they perform the protest. Heart and Solenn is competing for media attention. Agot is so supportive and she will not allow her rival's daughter(Solenn) to be the media's favorite.
I really love the part when the 3 girls visit Rhian in the province. Looking at them at the top of the tree is very funny. The way they locate for bar signals for their phones means very breath exhausting laughter. The best part that I really love is when ignorance strikes. They are not aware of the arinola, a pale with cover that is use to collect urine during night when one can't go to the toilet to pee. They thought that this can be use as pot to cleanse the rural water by boiling it. Having tea boil in arinola seems very disgusting. After tea party and realized the use of arinola, they went out to vomit the tea they drink. They found these sacks of animal manure which is usually use as fertilizer for the soil. They dunk in there clean hands and patch the manure to there faces and they enjoy it. hahahaha.
The ending is also good because I love the file sharing. I know that this is possible with high end phones like Apple' IPhone and Samsung Galaxy S III and higher. But some truck driver, demolition team and employees of the hotel have able to receive the message that Heart broadcasted. A little exaggeration but it gives me a smile.
I hope these part of the story will help you decide to watch the movie because it is good and a must see movie.
